Hot Coffee or Iced?

That was a question I pondered for several minutes the morning three days ago.  I admitted I sometimes could be a bit indecisive, okay, I am quite incapable when deciding what to eat and/or drink, imagining me being in convenience store, choosing which tea to buy.  Thank the tea goddess, I had narrowed down to just one fridge.

But there shouldn't be any decisions to make, because I believe all coffee must be drunk hot and I am not even grinding coffee beans!  I drink instant coffee, I know nothing about coffee, but I don't like coffee with sugar.  Usually, just black and milk--preferably over creamers, many of which taste like plastic.

There were moments, when the weather was too hot, I'd want to have something cold, and that morning, I wanted it cold.  So, I stood there, holding the cup with the instant coffee powders, thinking if I should boil water, which was a silly question, because I still needed the hot water.

Anyway, after the water was boiled, I went for iced.  Just enough of hot water to dissolve, then ice cubes.  I sat down, drank it, thinking 'it's okay and cold.'  I probably sipped for five times, give or take one, I took the cup to kitchen, put it in microwave, about two minutes on high, note that most of the ice cubes were still floating.

That was not my first rodeo, I've done it, many times.

While it was still in the microwave dancing under the dreamy orange light to be boiled inside-and-out, I was grinning at myself and thinking that 'I am a genius!'  I have solved my indecision habit, I could drink iced and hot as I like it when I want it.

Oh, yes, I know how much energy inefficient I am, I might have killed a polar bear or two with my coffee.

Anyhow, this is what I am telling you, though I don't know why I am telling you.
