Water-rooting Catnip and Basil

About six days ago, I took some cuttings of Taiwanese Sweet Basil and Catnip to root in water.  The cat has been demanding more catnips, you've got to do whatever the cat wants you to do.

Stripping the leaves, slant-cutting the bottom for better water intake, sticking them in water, and changing the water every day, and that's all I did.

Six days later, they finally have some roots coming out from the cut not the nodes.

Next day, another basil rooted, and it has roots from the cut and a node.
